Had the pleasure of being handled by Jermell, the owner of the biz, for a spontaneous one-night-Chicago trio with my girlfriend. When she forgot her work phone in the car, Jermell was all too happy to go get it. Alongside that, car drop off and pickup was super fast. This is a small business owner who hustles and cares. Way better than the faceless, giant valet Co's. Kudos to Eurostars for having Heat manage their valet.
