Had the pleasure of being handled by Jermell, the owner of the biz, for a spontaneous one-night-Chicago trio with my girlfriend. When she forgot her work phone in the car, Jermell was all too happy to go get it. Alongside that, car drop off and pickup was super fast. This is a small business owner who hustles and cares. Way better than the faceless, giant valet Co's. Kudos to Eurostars for having Heat manage their valet.

We had a wedding last weekend, and wish to report 100% satisfaction with Heat Valet. They took guests' cars, parked them, and returned them later in the evening, and did a fantastic job. Not only friendly, but efficient, professional, and timely. I am so happy that I found this company and would recommend them to anybody else having a need for their services. These guys are great. I park with them weekly and they are extremely professional and reliable. In addition, they are very responsible, responsive, and make sure to take care of my car in a variety of ways on a daily basis.
